Renewing your hosting before the due date helps avoid an interruption to your service.
1. Sign in to your AJCHost client area.
2. Open your active hosting service and review its status, billing cycle, and next due date.
3. Open the related renewal invoice, if one has been generated, and check the amount and due date.
4. Pay using one of the methods shown on the invoice. Keep the transaction reference for your records.
5. Return to the client area and confirm the invoice payment status and service status.
If you cannot find a renewal invoice or your service is suspended, contact AJCHost support with the service details. Avoid paying a second time when a previous payment is still being processed.
